The certificate must also specify the period of ownership of the property;

-In the case of foreign individuals married to a citizen of Vietnam or hitched to a Vietnam resident got an outside country, they can possess the houses for a long and stable term. Additionally, like Vietnamese citizens, they enjoy owner rights;

Foreign organizations shall have the right to own a house in accordance with the contract of sale, lease, donation, or inheritance, but not longer than the period outlined in the certificate of ownership, which may include an extended period.
